By participating in the Pot of Black and Gold Sweepstakes, you agree to these official rules (“Rules“), inclusive of all terms and conditions.  Please read the Rules carefully before participating.  You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to receive the Prize in connection with the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes will begin on October 1, 2023 at 9:00am EDST and end on October 31, 2023, at 11:59pm EDST, with one winner selected on or about each Sunday for the duration of the sweepstakes, that is, October 8, 2023; October 15, 2023; October 22, 2023; and October 31, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).  To enter the Sweepstakes, you must go to https://dublinerwhiskey.com/us/pot-of-black-and-gold/, and (i) complete registration into the Sweepstakes by completing the entry form and submitting to agree to the terms and conditions of these Rules (the “Entry”).  Those eligible individuals submitting a completed entry form and agreeing to the Rules (the “Entrants”) will be entered into a random drawing as described in these Rules.  All Entrants agree that all decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by the Sponsor, and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Rules or any Entry.

Entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.  Limit of ONE (1) DAILY, AND ONLY ONE (1) DAILY, Entry per person on any one day. A “day” is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00:01 am EST on the individual calendar date and ending at 11:59:59 EST on that date. Entrants may only win once during the Promotion Period.  Multiple entries received from any person beyond this limit will void all such additional entries.  Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.

Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification.  All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor, and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.  You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges, etc.  The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

By entering this Sweepstakes, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor. 

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty one (21) years of age or older. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, this Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. This Sweepstakes it not open to persons who are in the employment of any of the following: (i) alcohol beverage distributors or wholesalers; (ii) retailers (including bartenders/staff) of alcohol-beverage products; (iii) advertising, promotion or media agencies, printers of Sweepstakes materials or Sweepstakes material suppliers, or other coordinating agencies involved in this Sweepstakes; or (iv) Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (defined below), or members of the foregoing persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto). “Sweepstakes Entities” shall mean Sponsor and the Pittsburgh Steelers and each of their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.

WINNER

One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be chosen each Sunday starting on October 8, 2023 thru October 31, 2023 at random from the pool of Entrants who have completed the required steps as of the end of the Promotion Period.  Winning is subject to verification of eligibility.

PRIZE

THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE (1) PRIZE (the “Prize”) AWARDED EACH PROMOTIONAL SUNDAY October 8, 2023– October 31, 2023:

Weekly prizes: Two (2) Pittsburgh Steelers Home Game Tickets to a game of Sponsor’s choice;  Autographed merchandise and/or a $250 Credit in the amount of $250 to the Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Shop available at Steelers.com or Steelers Sideline Stores.

Exact Prize details to be determined is the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Prize does not include travel to/from Pittsburgh. Tickets are subject to the restrictions outlined on the tickets.

Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.  

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the Prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.  Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes).  All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified by these Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

TAXES

The value of the Prize won by a participant of this Sweepstakes may be taxable as income to the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes or fees associated with the prize(s). Winners will be issued an IRS Form W-9 with the Releases and Companion Releases and a subsequent IRS Form 1099. Upon receipt of a Prize, the winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will notify the potential Winner at the telephone number (land line or cell) and/or by email provided in the Entry.  Sponsor will make three attempts to contact a potential Winner via telephone and/or email within 24 hours from the time of the drawing in which the potential Winner was selected.  If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner by telephone and/or email within such 24-hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential prize Winner’s entry will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries at random. At the time of Sponsor’s contact with the potential Winner, the potential Winner will be asked to provide his/her proof of age, and a government-issued photo ID.  The notified eligible Winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the Prize. 

If the Winner declines the Prize, fails to claim the Prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible entries.  Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By submission of its Entry, an Entrant grants to Sponsor, and each of its respective designees, the right to use or publicize such Entrant’s name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the Entrant who wins, the right to use of the Prize information), for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

Affidavit of Eligibility: Each potential prizewinner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes requirement to provide a Social Security Number, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively the “Releases”) within three (3) business days of notification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify Winners based on the background check. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check, including but not limited to criminal history, on any winners and, if applicable, their guests. To the extent required by law, winners and their guests authorize this check. If any prospective potential winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements (including execution of the Releases) or if any Releases or other documentation are returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative potential prizewinner may be selected if feasible. All winners are subject to verification and compliance with these Rules. 

If applicable, travel companions of the potential prizewinner must complete, execute and return a Travel Companion Liability and Publicity Release (where applicable) prior to issuance of travel documents (collectively the “Companion Releases”). Failure to return the Companion Releases at the same time as the Releases may prevent the travel companion from participating in the trip. 

Sweepstakes Errors: The Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and advertising or sweepstakes agencies assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Sweepstakes; (b) in any related advertising or promotions of this Sweepstakes; or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw and terminate, or modify, the administration of the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted, if a computer virus or system malfunction impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes, or if the online entry method otherwise becomes impossible, impractical, infeasible for any other reason. Further, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without notice or further obligation.

Multiple Entries: In the event of a dispute involving entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same wireless phone number, email or physical address, as the case may be, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account, the authorized owner of the wireless phone number or the resident of the household as identified through a mortgage, lease or similar documentation, as the case may be, used to enter the Sweepstakes at the time of entry. The authorized account subscriber/owner is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a wireless phone number by the relevant wireless carrier or an email address by the relevant Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning wireless phone numbers and/or email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address, as applicable, and he/she must fully comply with these Rules. Entries from any person, wireless phone number, email address, or household in excess of the one (1) entry limit are prohibited and will void all entries from that wireless phone number, email address or physical address.

Improper Conduct: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from participation in the use of any or all portions of the Sweepstakes, and refuse to award a Prize, if you engage in any conduct Sponsor deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Sweepstakes or detrimental to other entrants of the Sweepstakes, or to the Sweepstakes Entities. Such improper conduct, includes, without limitation, non-compliance in any public forum, including but not limited to social media channels, with applicable Distilled Spirits Counsel of the United States Codes (http://www.discus.org/responsibility/code/), falsifying personal information required during registration or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through automated techniques, or allowing others to use your personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs or wireless technology in connection with this Sweepstakes. You agree that Sponsor may void any part of any Prize that you may have won or require the return of any part of any Prize that you may have won as a result of such improper conduct. You further acknowledge that any forfeiture of any prize or return of any prize in no way prevents Sponsor from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sweepstakes Entities Privacy Policy available at https://quintessentialbrands.com/privacy-policy/ and http://www.steelers.com/legal/privacy-policy and these Rules.  In the event of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policies above and these Rules, the Privacy Policies shall control and govern.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
