Journey to the DLD – what did you do before this role?

After completing my Masters in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt in Edinburgh, I worked in a Lab for a company in the food industry before swapping for whiskey.

Favourite whiskey?

The Murder Lane, from our Liberties range, is a gorgeous drop.

Favourite whiskey cocktail?

An old fashioned with Liberties’ Oak Devil.
Away from whiskey, what do you spend your time doing?
I’m likely to be found hiking the Dublin & Wicklow mountains. And I love a good festival on home turf – you can’t beat the Irish rain.

Favourite thing about living in Dublin?

Having the best of both worlds; the buzz of the city centre whilst having the sea and mountains within touching distance.

Favourite bar in Dublin?

The old Bernard Shaw (RIP).
