The DAB (Dubliner, Apple & Bitters)

Ingredients

  • 35ml Dubliner Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Top with apple juice

Method

  • Add the whiskey and apple juice to a rocks glass and fill with ice.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Squeeze the lime wedge and add to the drink.
  • Alternatively, use a highball glass for a tall drink.
